承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
