承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
