承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
