承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
