承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
