承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車(che)承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動機+制動系統(tong)+減速(su)器+行程開關四合(he)一一體化設計(ji)方(fang)案,結(jie)構緊湊(cou)
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
