單梁式(shi)起重機(ji)的(de)構造(zao)特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁采用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁機(ji)構設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),做(zuo)到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大(da)載(zai)貨量起重機端梁采用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆采用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一次(ci)精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁采用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典(dian)設計方案,合理減少(shao)重(zhong)量(liang),提(ti)升提(ti)高室內空間。
2,減速機采(cai)用(yong)起重(zhong)機專(zhuan)用(yong)型的H系(xi)列產品(pin)硬齒面減速機,承載力(li)高,使用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲(si)繩卷(juan)筒采用厚鋼板生產短接軸方式(shi),并對焊接開展(zhan)無(wu)損(sun)檢測;
4,動(dong)滑輪所有采用熱(re)軋滑輪;
5,起重吊鉤(gou)采用T級(ji)起重吊鉤(gou),材料(liao)高于DG34CrMo,單雙(shuang)排布局,節省室(shi)內(nei)空(kong)間(jian);
