承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
