承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
