承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
