承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
