承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
