承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟(ruan)性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
