承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
