承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
