承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
