承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
