承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平(ping)米。
