承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米(mi)。
