承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
