承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
