承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;

4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
