承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
