承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
