承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
