承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
