承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強度(du)(du)和(he)精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統(tong)+減速器+行程開(kai)關四合一一體化(hua)設計方(fang)案,結構緊湊(cou)
