承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
