承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎(jiao)車(che)承重梁與承重梁選用(yong)軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統(tong)+減速器+行程開關四合一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方案,結構(gou)緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
