承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
