承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
