承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
