承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米。
