承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。
