承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,電動(dong)(dong)機+制動(dong)(dong)系統+減速器+行(xing)程(cheng)開關四合一一體化設(she)計方案,結構緊湊
3,小轎車(che)搭建有安全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
4,全部傳動系(xi)(xi)統(tong)組織選用無連軸器的立(li)即I/O方式(shi),傳動系(xi)(xi)統(tong)高(gao)效率、裝配線高(gao)精(jing)度、免維護(hu)保養。
5,工作中級(ji)(ji)別為(wei)A6級(ji)(ji),防(fang)水等級(ji)(ji)IP55,H級(ji)(ji)絕緣層。防(fang)污防(fang)潮,提(ti)升安全級(ji)(ji)別。
