承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
