承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
