承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
