承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
