承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
