承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
