承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
