承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平(ping)米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
