承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
