承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓(ya)強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
