承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
