承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
