承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
