承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米(mi)。
