承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
